SIPA staff will contact you for the following requirements for SIPA Manufacturer membership.

  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Contract with a 3rd party Quality Assurance Agency
  • Published Engineering Documentation
There is an additional $1,190 fee for each additional plant location.

SIPA MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

As a Member of the Structural Insulated Panel Association, the undersigned agrees to meet the minimum SIP Specification 06 12 00 and observe industry Best Practices as published by the Association.

The Member also agrees to hold harmless SIPA and its representatives from any and all claims or judgments arising out of or relating to Member's participation in the Program, including, but not limited to, any claims relating to the quality or performance of structural insulated panels supplied and/or the quality of work performed.

Member understands that SIPA does not endorse the products or services of any of the companies listed in the Program. Member warrants and agrees not to make any claim or representation that SIPA has endorsed or warranted any products or services.
